About us:

Originally built in the late 1950’s the property was purchased by current owner, Dave Gadsby in 2010.  Along with General Manager Lucke Ricciuti the duo worked to bring true New England style charm and hospitality to Lauderdale by the Sea.  After renovating the nearly 3 acres of property The BVR team takes pride in their charming Cape Cod furbished rooms and the beautiful, polished landscape.
